Welcome to The Cedar School

We are proud of the learning community we have fostered at the school as we believe we put our young people at the centre and heart of all that we do.

We hope our website allows you to know more about our school community and our overall learning ethos and the way we work with our children and families. Please do spend some time looking through all aspects of 'school life' so you can appreciate the educational offer we extend to our children and young people. Much of this information is also contained within our SEND Information Report - 'School Local Offer'

I am fortunate to lead a talented educational team who work in open partnership with Health colleagues to meet the learning and holistic outcomes of all our young people.  Our children are of course our greatest ambassadors and demonstrate our deeply held belief that we can all learn from each other, if we work with determination, passion, tolerance and genuine collaboration ‘Partners in learning’

Should you wish to know more about the life of The Cedar School please do arrange a visit to the school…you are assured of a warm welcome.

PLEASE NOTE                                Due to some recent partnership working with SPECTRUM we are fortunate enough to be able to offer a TRANSITIONAL PARENT WORKSHOP next Thursday, 19th October to help parents start to think about life for our young people beyond Cedar. We are so grateful to SPECTRUM for their support. It all starts at 10am.

May we  wish Tyrese (and his family) every good wish as they move to another part of the country.    Tyrese has been a wonderful ambassador for the school and has grown up to be a fine, young man and we will miss him greatly.

Goodbye, take care and thank you!
