Latest News

Congratulations to our KS4 students who had a wonderful time on their residential to Stoke Mandeville. We received many favourable comments during the week and even received this email 'out of the blue': "I had the privilege to volunteering at Stoke Mandeville and came across your amazing team - Children and staff. I was inspired by their brilliant personalities - They made my week"  Not bad, eh? and sort of sums things up nicely.

Thank you for the support of our MacMillan Coffee morning - We raised £175, which for a small school is fabulous -  The cakes were good too!

Welcome to
The Cedar School

We are proud of the learning community we have nurtured at Cedar, as we believe we put our children and young people at the heart of all that we do. We hope the website will enable you to discover more about our school community and overall learning ethos and the way we seek to work with our children and families. Much of this information is of course detailed within our SEND Information Report - 'School Local Offer'.

I am fortunate to lead a talented team who work in partnership with health colleagues to meet the learning and holistic outcomes of our young people. Our children are of course our greatest ambassadors and demonstrate our deeply held belief that we can all learn from each other, no matter what our circumstances, if we work with determination, pride, compassion, collaboration and kindness ...'Partners in learning'
