Careers Programme

At The Cedar School, we believe in delivering a careers education that engages, sparks curiosity and is meaningful to our pupils, their needs and their lives. Where appropriate, we have committed to following the guidance outlined in the government's Careers Strategy (December 2017) and the careers guidance and access for education and training providers (2018).

The careers leader at The Cedar School is responsible for making sure that the programme meets the expectations set out in the Gatsby Benchmarks. We are supported by an external team of dedicated professionals including Larni Harris from The Solent Local Enterprise Partnership, Ali Phillips, our Careers Advisor and Maggie Stefaniak, our Enterprise Advisor. The Careers Leader at The Cedar School is Katy Leonard (katyleonard@cedarschool.co.uk ) If you are a parent, provider or employer and are wondering how you can get involved in our Careers Education Program, please don't hesitate to contact us.
